FREE Delivery Nationwide
We offer FREE shipping or delivery across Nigeria if you order any single item in our online store that costs ₦2000 and above. For retail orders, we offer home or doorstep deliveries in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Kaduna, Onitsha, Asaba, Abakiliki, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osogbo, Akure, and Ilorin. For other locations, you will have to pick up your package at the closest motor park or fulfillment center in your area. We offer same or next day home delivery within Lagos and 1-3 days delivery outside Lagos, depending on your location.
However, if you want home or doorstep delivery outside the locations mentioned above, you will be asked to pay an additional ₦1000-₦1500, depending on your location.
P.S. We do NOT offer free deliveries for wholesale or bulk orders and you can negotiate with us for best pricing.
FREE Pick Up In-Store In Lagos
You can request to pick up your orders at any of our retail stores in Lagos as early as same day and at no extra cost. You can also send someone or a logistics agent to pick up your orders at any of our retail stores in Lagos and deliver to you or your customer. Check out our retail store addresses below:

- Shop H1/007, Article Dealers Shopping Complex, Under-bridge bus stop, Lagos-Badagry Expressway, Ojo, Lagos.
Some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from another country. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. These nation-specific duties are added by your respective governments and are not shipping charges from GinaxStore.com. Some orders may also warrant additional shipping charges due to weight, fragility, and size limitation. Contact us to find us our international shipping rates.
If you need to modify an existing order prior to its shipment, please call into our Customer Service Department at +234 703 097 2415 immediately or send an email to support @ ginaxstore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +234 703 097 2415. Be sure to provide your order details, order number, the correct shipping address, and include the changes that need to be made. If you received a product that does not match your invoice or if you noticed a missing item in your order, please call us immediately and we will send you the correct product along with a return label to send us back the wrong one. If you received a damaged or defective item, please return it back to us and we will send you a new one as soon as we receive the damaged or defective item. If changes were needed to be made to order after it has been shipped, we will make every effort to make the necessary changes: Customers may or may not be charged an additional fee for making these changes such as adding a missing apartment number or correcting the entered address.
If your order includes a pre-order (out of stock) item, your entire order will be held until we have all items in stock. If you would like to receive items that are in stock right away and have your pre-ordered items shipped upon availability, please contact us by phone or message us on WhatsApp at +234 703 097 2415 or by email to support @ ginaxstore.com and let us know.
